Operator and agreement

These terms apply to the service operated by the legal operator identified below. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Rules. Support and complaints can be sent to the contact below.

Adults and eligibility

You must be at least 18, use your own identity and accurate birthday, height and city, and have the right to use your photos. Men must be at least 183 cm to complete a profile and obtain human-reviewed height approval before discovery, matching or chat. Women can join at any height. This is a dating preference community, not a statement about anyone’s value or attractiveness.

Profile review and city availability

Photos and public profile text require human approval before publication. Edits submit that content for review again and temporarily pause social access. A rejected review includes a reason; edit the affected content and save to request review again. Access also depends on your city being open. City openings are deliberate operational decisions intended to provide a viable local pool. A waitlist place does not guarantee an opening date, a match, or a date.

What verification means

A height badge means a human reviewer accepted the submitted height evidence. It is not certified measurement, identity verification, a background check, or a safety guarantee. Changes to declared height or gender invalidate the badge. Do not ask another member for private documents or intimate verification.

Content and conduct

You retain ownership of your content and grant the limited permission to store, moderate and display it needed to operate the service. Do not upload nudity, pornography, exploitation, non-consensual imagery, content involving minors, threats, hate, harassment, scams, impersonation, commercial solicitation or material you lack rights to use. Respect boundaries and blocks. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

Matches and safety

Mutual likes create a match. A message request is shown only to its sender and recipient, and the recipient decides whether to accept. Use Report for harmful content and Block to end contact. Meet in a public place, arrange your own transport and never send money to a match. The service does not guarantee member statements or conduct.

Paid memberships when available

Account creation and joining the city waitlist are free. Optional Plus, Gold and Platinum monthly subscriptions may be offered in open cities to approved members. The in-app store screen states the benefits, localized renewal price and duration before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the purchasing app store. Paid membership never bypasses review, eligibility, city availability, or another person’s consent.

Benefits, cancellation and refunds

Included super likes and message-request allowances reset weekly on Monday at 00:00 UTC; included boost allowances reset on the first day of each month. These are recurring plan allowances, not separately purchased stored currency. Unused allowances do not roll over. A boost lasts 30 minutes and changes eligible ranking without guaranteeing views, likes, matches, or dates. Manage/cancel with Apple or Google; cancellation ordinarily retains paid access to the end of the paid term, subject to refunds or revocation. Refund requests follow the purchasing store’s process and applicable consumer rights. Restore purchases using the original member and store account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account immediately from Settings, including while a subscription exists. Deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription: billing can continue until you cancel with the purchasing store. We provide a subscription-management link before deletion. Account deletion removes associated profile content, media and messages under the Privacy Policy.

Service changes and your rights

We may change features, suspend unsafe accounts or discontinue the service, with notice where required. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where doing so is unlawful. Applicable mandatory local consumer and privacy protections continue to apply. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. These terms are effective 24 October 2026.
