Who operates the service

The operator and contact details below identify the controller of your account data. Contact the privacy address for data requests, consent withdrawal, or questions about this policy.

Accounts and public profiles

We collect your email, account ID, date of birth, gender, dating preferences, declared height, city, photos, introduction, job and interests. Members see your age, not your birthday or email. Public photos and profile text are reviewed before publication. New or changed public content pauses discovery and messaging until approved. Staff moderation notes and rejection reasons are not public.

Private height evidence

Men must be at least 183 cm and receive human approval of a measuring video before discovery, matching or chat. Uploading requires separate consent. Only authorized staff can access the private video. We do not use facial recognition or automatic biometric identification. The badge means reviewed height evidence; it is not an identity check, background check, safety guarantee, or precise certified measurement.

Matches, messages and safety

We store likes, passes, matches, message requests, private conversations, read state, typing state, blocks and reports. Messages are accessible to authorized participants. If you report a message, the specific message is made available to authorized moderators; reporting a profile provides its profile content and your report details. We do not routinely expose entire private conversations to staff. Reports do not disclose the reporter to the reported member.

Optional location and notifications

You can use the app with a manually selected city without location permission. Optional foreground location helps rank nearby profiles and apply a distance limit. Coordinates are rounded to a 0.02-degree grid (roughly 2 km), kept private and ignored after 30 days. You can remove saved location in discovery filters. Distances are approximate straight-line distances, not travel distances. Push notifications are optional.

Memberships and activity

If paid features are offered, Apple or Google processes payment. We store verified purchase ownership, tier, renewal state, expiry and benefit usage, not payment-card details. Ranking uses proximity, received likes and swipe patterns; it does not show public attractiveness scores. We record limited account activity, product milestones and referral/campaign attribution. We do not sell personal data or send profile content, videos or messages to advertising analytics.

Website waitlist

The separate website waitlist stores your email, selected city, confirmation state and referral/campaign values. We send a confirmation and a city-opening notice after confirmation. A website signup does not create a dating profile or inflate app membership counts. Service emails also cover account security and height-review decisions. Unrelated marketing requires a separate choice.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use account and conversation data to provide the requested service and meet our contract with you; fraud prevention, proportionate moderation and limited operational measurement support our legitimate interests in operating a safe service. Where applicable, location, notification access, sensitive dating-preference processing and private height evidence rely on your explicit choices or consent. You may withdraw consent; a feature that needs the withdrawn data may stop working. Legal obligations can require limited retention.

Providers and international transfers

Supabase provides authentication, database and private media storage. Resend delivers service emails; Apple and Google provide purchases and push delivery. The operator details state the configured hosting region and backup retention. Providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, transfers use adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards, which you may request from the privacy contact. No third-party advertising SDK is part of the current service.

Retention

Reviewed height videos are scheduled for deletion after 7 days, pending videos after 30 days, and abandoned uploads after 48 hours. The review decision remains while your account exists. Profile content, messages and account activity remain as needed to operate your account until deletion. Push registrations expire after 90 days without refresh; transient notification events after 7 days and completed delivery jobs after 30 days. Infrastructure backup deletion follows the stated provider backup lifecycle. Retention workers must be running for these schedules to operate.

Your choices and rights

Edit your profile, remove location, manage notifications, block/report members, or delete your account from Settings. Contact privacy to request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or removal of a verification video. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to confirm account ownership before responding. Deleting an account removes profile data, photos, height videos and messages, and a website waitlist entry for the same email. De-identified moderation outcomes and aggregate statistics can remain; backups age out under their retention policy.

Adults and policy changes

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Report suspected underage accounts. We do not knowingly permit minors to participate. Material policy changes are communicated in the app or by service email. This policy is effective 24 October 2026.
